The Status page allows you to monitor all the vault activity and manage it post-deployment. To ensure full access, make sure you're connected to the UI with one of the multisig addresses.
1️⃣ Modify the Vault:
- At any stage, you can navigate to the Vault Description section and request to edit the vault.
- After making the necessary changes, remember to click Save and Next.
- Once changes are finalized, click Send to Gov Approval to notify the Hats governance team. The Hats governance team will review and approve your changes, and you'll be notified accordingly.
2️⃣ Committee Check-In:
- This step involves the committee taking full control of the vault.
- Once this is done, the vault will be able to accept deposits.
- To perform the check-in, a transaction proposal will be created in your multisig.
- If your multisig setup requires more than 1 signature (e.g., 2/n), you'll need to collect the required number of signatures to sign the transaction and complete the check-in.
3️⃣ Deposit Section:
- Any wallet address can deposit funds into the vault from this section.
- After a deposit, you’ll see the amount reflected in the interface to confirm that the funds have been successfully added to the vault.
4️⃣ Governance Approval:
- You can monitor the status of your vault's approval by the Hats governance team in this section.
- Once approved, the vault will become visible, and participation (auditor opt-ins, reports, etc.) will only be allowed when the competition officially starts.
